If the pairing process is failing at the "Configuring the Halo" stage in the app, this means that your Halo is having difficulty receiving the wifi credentials from your phone. Please try the following:
- In your phone's app settings select the Wynd app
- Delete your cache and all saved data
- Uninstall and reinstall the Wynd app
- Restart your phone
- Attempt the pairing process again
