If your app is getting stuck at the "Connecting to Wynd Cloud" portion of the pairing process, this means that your phone is having difficulty switching back to your main wifi network from your Max Purifier's wifi network.
If you are getting stuck at this point, attempt to manually change back to your main wifi network in your phone's wifi settings menu. Then go back into your app and see if the process will finish.
If the process still fails, do the following:
- Uninstall and reinstall the Wynd app
- Restart your phone (turn off and on)
- Log in to your Wynd Account
- Attempt the pairing process again
