Please try these steps:
- Charge your tracker:
- If you have the Wynd purifier:
Place the tracker into the purifier (and plug in the purifier) to charge it.
- If you bought the tracker only:
Use the supplied USB cable and charging dock.
- If you have the Wynd purifier:
- Reset your tracker by placing a pin (or other sharp object) into the hole in the back of the tracker.

Does the tracker charge in the Wynd itself?
Mine did not come with a tracker charging dock.
