Here are the colors that the Wynd tracker uses to represent air quality:
The tracker may show these colors due to things such as dust, cooking smoke, or excessive humidity. If you live in an area with bad industrial pollution, this could also cause the air quality index to rise.
If the color is showing a very high pollution rate that doesn't seem right, try these things:
- Bring the tracker outside for a minute and see if it gets closer to the outdoor air quality reading on the home screen of the Wynd app
- Place the tracker (with the light facing down) about a half-inch from the top of the purifier, and turn on the purifier. Wait for a minute, and see if the light turns blue.
If you've tried these tests and the light is still indicating high pollution levels, try these things:
- Reset your tracker by placing a pin (or other sharp object) into the hole in the back of the tracker.
- Updating your tracker's firmware via the Wynd app
If you've tried these things and the light still isn't showing the right colors, please reach out to us here so that we can see if there's a problem with your hardware.

My question is the tracker cant' pair with my mobile device
1. can turn on, but press once, show different color in turn, no blinking;
2. can't turn off, only if when you reset it.
What is the real problem? Thanks!
